Bengalis around the world
How many Bengalis live outside their native land of Bangladesh and West Bengal, I do not know.
A fair estimate, I cannot provide that either.
But I guess a significant number. I say significant number because combined population strength of Bangladesh and West Bengal is around 250 million (which is the size of the US population).
Even though media portrayal of these two great land is not rewarding, any one visiting the two lands, will no doubt speak differently and positively about the people and culture of these lands.
This blog will try to focus Bengalis travel and living experiences as a Bengali from Bangladesh to the site and the readers, specially mine.
Any one else is encouraged to input his/her experiences to guide other Bengali(s) venturing for the world at large. This could be in education furthering, living, travelling, deshi food availability or even marriage. Or anything else of importance. Tid bits.
